Cuttlebug Challenge 7

I had a chance to complete Cuttlebug Challenge 7, to emboss on a die cut.

I created ornaments from embossed circles and add a bit of stickles for shine.

I think I'll add the sentiment, 'wishing you peace and joy', to the inside of the card.

And this card also meets this week's dare at Daring Cardmakers to create a card with a bird on it. Although the bird looks a bit bare to me, what do you think it needs?

Edited to add:

Because I wasn't happy with the bird, I thought about it awhile and then added some distress ink and some bling! I think its a bit better now!

What a brilliant idea. I bet I'll be making a lot of these.

Thanks so much for the inspiration - your card is beautiful.

Great embossing Rosanne.

I agree with you that the first card needed a little something to lift it and the added bling has certainly done the trick. It’s surprising the difference a bit of glitter and a few gems can do!
Love the colours by the way!

WOW, don't think I've seen a birdie with bling before, he looks very sweet. I like the textured ornaments.

I like it both ways - but a bit of bling at Chistmas is never a bad thing!
