FFC20 -Wreath

While scrapping on Saturday I created a few Christmas cards and tags.

One of the cards fits perfectly with this week's Festive Friday's challenge to use a wreath on your card.

I have a Memory Box wreath stamp that I just love and used it to create this card:

Love using kraft and twine with pearls!

Spooky!

I had fun scrapping with friends yesterday and was able to create a card for this week's Daring Cardmakers Spooky Birthday challenge.

I used my favourite Stamping Bella stamp,Gossmere, along with some seasonal paper by Authentique.

It was fun to play with my copics and prismas too!

Little Red Wagon # 208 - Eyelets or Brads

It's Wednesday and that means it's time for another Little Red Wagon challenge.

This week Tammy wants us to dig deep into those wagons for eyelets or brads and use them on our projects.

I used both on this card:

It was fun to use those eyelets again!

So dig deep into those wagons and link up your eyelet/brad adorned project over at Little Red Wagon, we love to see what you create.

A Little Bit of Fall Decor

Today I thought I'd share a bit of fall decor around my house.

I created this front porch arrangement a couple of weeks ago.  I was inspired to use the step ladder by a friend.

This is the porch today with all the mums in bloom.

My front hall table.

On my kitchen table.

On my mantel.

And on my coffee table.

Late September Blooms

I'm back today with late September blooms from my garden.

They are looking pretty good for this time of year even despite a few very cool nights.

The hydrangea is starting to show a bit of pink on the blooms.

The shrub rose is still blooming.

A mini-rose is loaded with buds.

The basil plant  looks the best it has all summer!

Fuschia and begonia are still blooming away!

The front urn has developed a nice shape from the various plants used although next year I think I will use something other than the potato vine.

All the geraniums are putting a great show.

I'll be back soon with my fall porch arrangement.

Thanks for stopping by!

World Card Making Day!

Happy belated World Card Making day!

I didn't post a card yesterday because I was out creating cards with friends!

Such a fun day!

So I was able to create a card to suit the Sequin and Chevron theme(CFC116) at CAS-ual Fridays:

It was inspired by one I saw on pinterest to which I added my own spin.

Two Page Layouts

I'm back with more layouts I created while at Memories Manor in late August.

And they are still of our 2011 Baltic trip.  I do like reliving this trip through my layouts.

Schwerin, Germany -  I like the sewed circles on this one. I must do that again.

Helsingor, Denmark - the castle that inspired Shakepeare's Hamlet. Kronborg was also featured on Ghost Hunters but we didn't see any ghosts! I used molding paste  to create bricks on this layout.

Perpetual Clock in St. Mary's Church in Rostock, Germany. I painted, stamped then added a crackle finish to the chipboard.

More of Kronborg, love the oxidized turrets.

And some interesting shots in Catherine Palace.

Little Red Wagon #205 - Fence

Happy Wednesday!

This week's Little Red Wagon is to use a fence on your creation. Yes, I said fence! Thanks Jan! lol

But after recovering from this rather shocking challenge, I took the opportunity to use a few of my memory box dies including a fence to create this card:

So dig into those wagons and link up your fenced creation over at Little Red Wagon!
