Crazy Card Party - Spring Colours!
Hello Everyone!
I'm hosting the challenge over at Crazy Card Party this week.
Since I'm starved for warm weather and colours other than white, I picked a spring colour theme.
The idea is to use that whatever colour comes to mind when you think of spring on your card.
I used a soft pink, soft green and cream cardstock to create this card:
Isn't it great what a bit of embossing does to cardstock?
And do you see the bit of green peeking out from under the pearls?
So leave winter behind and link up your spring-like card over at Crazy Card Party.
Thanks for stopping by.
Supplies used: Cardstock, stamps - Papertrey Ink; Ink - Momento; Embossing Folders - Cuttlebug

Little Red Wagon #219 - All Occasion
Happy Wednesday from the deep freeze!
Temperatures have been down to -23 celsius(with wind chills even colder) for the past two days which is actually a great reason to stay inside and create cards.
And this week's Little Red Wagon challenge is to make an all occasion card.
I kept things clean and simple with a thinking of you sentiment card that can be used for any occasion.
So stay in where it's warm and join us over at Little Red Wagon with your creation!

Little Red Wagon #218 - New Beginnings!
Happy New Year!
I'm back with the first Little Red Wagon challenge of 2014 for which Jayne has selected the theme of 'New Beginnings'.
And in addition, very fittingly, I am debuting my new blog theme and name 'Playing With Cards'.
My blog will now be solely dedicated to featuring my card creations.
Along with changes at my blog, Little Red Wagon has undergone some changes too with the debut of a new blog theme.
We also bid a sad farewell to Regan and Tammy but welcome Tracy and Jodi.
Given this week's 'new' theme, I have created a card using Webster's Pages New Year New You paper:
So if you can, please join us at Little Red Wagon with your 'new ' card creation.
