This week I thought I'd share our front garden beside our driveway. I didn't take a before picture but the lilac/lavender garden I originally envisioned some years ago had gotten out of control and weedy. Plus a small lilac tree we had planted had died, so it was time for an overall.
So we dug up( well mostly Steve) all the existing lavender, and moved some to other garden areas. We planted a new weeping cherry tree that Steve picked out then replanted just a few lavender plants.
We left the grasses and sedum where they were. Finally we added some mulch. It looks much neater now!
