This past weekend I made a dessert to take to friends and it would be perfect as a Valentines dessert or really at any time.
I call them Rosanne's Mini Trifles in a Jar.
I layered cooked vanilla pudding, then pound cake, drizzled a little amaretto then a bit more pudding and topped with fresh berries.
Then I added some whipped cream.

And sealed them up
Then added a bit of lace to decorate the jars.
I've been thinking you could do a similar dessert with chocolate pudding, brownie chunks, a bit of liquor of your choice and fresh raspberries. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!
And everyone really seemed to like them!

To think I was drooling just looking at the pics so you can imagine... I practicly drowned in drool when you mentioned the brownies, chocolate pudding and rasberry version!
