Crazy Card Party - Kraft and White

Hello!

It's my challenge over at Crazy Card Party this week and since I'm on a white with one other colour roll, this week I want to see those cards featuring only kraft and white.

I created my card based on one I saw on Pinterest but it took a few tries to get the background the way I wanted.

First I tried paint on the embossing folder, then I tried white ink on the embossing folder, then I used white embossing powder on a embossing folder with  a lot of non-textured space, all were no go's.

Here's the results:

Finally I settled on the white embossing powder with a texture that is more closely spaced to come up with this card:

I guess technically I may have cheated since the sentiment is stamped in brown!?

Although I sure do like it!
