Little Red Wagon #157 - Halloween Treats!

It's my week to set the challenge at Little Red Wagon and as today is Halloween, I've picked Halloween Treats as the theme.

I saw an idea on pinterest of using circles to create a lollipop and thought it would be perfect for this week:
