Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas!

This week at Crazy Card  Party Deanna is taking it easy on us, we can link up anything.

I'm posting some of the Christmas cards I made this year.

Several use items I have had for several years combined with relatively new embellishments or papers.

On these cards, the paper and bows are new while the tabs are very old.

For these the bingo cards are older while the doilies and papers are new.

These cards feature a new Memory Box die.

These cards feature new papers and stamps.

These cards also feature a new stamp set from Papertrey Ink and I don't think you can tell in the photo but each card has a different colour of embossed gold. I was experimenting to see which one I liked best. The Ranger brand  embossed with the most detail followed by the Filigree I borrowed from Patricia.

More featuring relatively new papers.

The next two I 'cardlifted' from Sharon and feature a new Papertrey ink stamp set and die.

And the last feature stamped images I made last year using a stamp borrowed from Regan.

I hope you enjoyed this peak at my Christmas cards most made with a little help from my friends.

Christmas Tags

This week at Crazy Card Party Patricia wants to see those Christmas tags.

I'm featuring a couple of tags, the first I made for my tag swap a couple of weeks ago:

It features three Memory Box dies, American Crafts glitter paper and Stampin' Up gold foil paper on a rustic cream tag base.

The second I created at a scrapbook event in early November.

I borrowed the tag die(Mama Elephant) from Patricia and the ornament die(Memory Box I think) from LeeAnne, thanks ladies! It features Stampin' Up silver glitter paper combined with Papertrey Ink kraft cardstock.

Pop over to Crazy Card Party to see what tags everyone else came up with.

Thanks for stopping by!

Non-traditional Christmas Card

Hello again!

This week at Crazy Card Party, Avril wants to see Christmas cards using a non-traditional colour scheme.

While this is definitely a Christmas card, the brown, kraft and white cardstock is not a usual Christmas colour combination.

I especially like the ornament embossing.

Pop over to Crazy Card Party to see what everyone else did with this challenge.

Thanks for stopping by.

Supplies used - Papertrey Ink - cardstock, stamp; Embossing folder - cuttlebug; Ink - Momento

Snowflakes

Hello again!

Time for another Crazy Card Party challenge and this week Sharon wants to see our cards using snowflakes.

I created these two cards at a scrapbooking event with all my fellow "party-ers" a few weeks ago.

I always like the mix of blue and silver.

Pop over to Crazy Card Party to check out the other snowflake cards and play along too.

Thanks for stopping by.
