Little Red Wagon #226 - Yearning for Spring

Hello everyone!

It's my turn to host  the challenge over at Little Red Wagon challenge and given all the cold winter weather we have been having I have been yearning for spring.

So my challenge for this week is to use spring as your inspiration.

It can be spring colours, spring flowers, spring rain, anything spring-like.

I used spring colours and butterflies  and created this card:

If you can, please join us over at Little Red Wagon with your spring inspired creation!

Thanks for stopping by!

Crazy Card Party - Switch it Up!

Hello everyone!

Today I'm back with this week's CCP card.

Avril is our hostess this week and wants us to switch it up by taking a male or female oriented card and using it for inspiration to create the opposite.

I based my card on this masculine one by Amy O'Neill:

And here's my feminine version:

What a fun challenge, thanks Avril!

Thanks for stopping by!

Little Red Wagon #225 - Anything But A Card

Well, it's Wednesday again and that means it's time for another Little Red wagon challenge.

This week Jan wants us to put our paper crafting skills to work to create anything but a card.

It could be a layout, bookmark, altered project, tag( I didn't go there Jan!), or as in my case, a decorated gift bag:

This is actually a shopping bag that I decorated to cover the logo.

And I'm almost embarrassed to say that this bag took me about 15 minutes max to decorate, surely my challenge projects should take longer than that to complete?

Not this one, I used 6 by 6 coordinating paper by  MME, cut a scalloped piece along with two other pieces to fit, inked the edges,  then added a ready-made chipboard sticker, a bit of twine and voila!

If you can, please join us over at Little Red Wagon with your project, we love to see what you  create.
